Sergei is one of the co-founders of ProViCon and the Head of House Construction and Turnkey Renovation department. He leads the development and implementation of residential projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality standards and precision at every stage. Amer Sabbouh
Amer oversees all technical aspects — from engineering documentation and architectural drawings to on-site coordination. His precision and expertise ensure that every ProViCon project is structurally flawless and executed to international standards.
Nikita Kasianov

Ivan Strizhev
Ivan is a co-founder and Managing Director of ProViCon, as well as the Head of the Custom-Made Furniture department. He oversees the full cycle of bespoke furniture production — from concept and design to manufacturing and installation. His strategic thinking, aesthetic vision, and commitment to craftsmanship drive the company’s approach to creating personalized interior solutions of exceptional quality.
Zaur Kadyrov
Zaur is a key specialist at ProViCon, combining the precision of an engineer with the vision of a designer. He is responsible for measurements, technical drawings, and design solutions that ensure perfect alignment between concept and execution.
